Access & learning

How do I access my course after payment?

After successful payment, you receive a receipt email and a separate access email with a dashboard link. Access is digital and typically immediate.

How long do I keep access?

Access duration depends on your plan and the checkout selection (one-time vs subscription). One-time purchases typically include 12 months of access from activation. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

Do I need prior AI experience?

Beginner courses assume no prior experience. Intermediate and advanced courses recommend basic familiarity with prompts and workplace documentation.

Are courses live or on-demand?

All courses are on-demand by default. Some courses include optional live Q&A/workshops; if provided, recordings are added to your dashboard.

Can I learn on mobile?

Yes. The site is mobile-friendly. For longer lessons, we recommend Wi-Fi and headphones for comfort.

Billing, refunds, certificates

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day refund window for eligible purchases, generally requiring less than 20% course progress. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.

Do you issue certificates?

We offer a certificate of completion for some plans or as an add-on. Certificates confirm course completion requirements; they are not a third-party accreditation.

Can my company pay for multiple learners?

Yes. The Team plan includes multiple seats. You can also purchase additional seats as an add-on where available.

Do you provide invoices/receipts?

Yes. Receipts are emailed after payment. If you need additional invoice details, email support with your order information.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment options depend on checkout availability. Payments are processed securely. See the Payments page for details.

Do courses get updated?

Yes. We periodically update lessons and templates when tools change or when we improve clarity. Updates are included while your access is active.

What if I didn’t receive my access email?

Check spam/junk folders and verify you used the correct email at checkout. If it’s still missing after 10 minutes, contact support with the payment timestamp.

Do you support EU GDPR requests?

Support hours?

Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 (Spain time). We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

Can I share my login?

No. Accounts are for the purchaser/assigned learner(s). Team plans provide seat-based access for multiple learners.

Do you guarantee outcomes (job, revenue, etc.)?

No. We focus on practical skills and templates, but outcomes depend on your context and implementation.

Do you use third-party AI platforms in lessons?

We may demonstrate third-party tools for teaching purposes. This does not imply endorsement, partnership, or certification by any provider.

How do team refunds work?

Team licenses generally become non-refundable once seats are activated. See the Refund Policy for exact rules.
