These terms govern your use of mynetcourse.com and the digital courses sold by MyNetCourse.

2) Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate purchase and account information.
  • Do not share your login or access links outside your permitted seats (Team plans are seat-based).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3) Acceptable use

  • No scraping, automated extraction, or redistribution of course materials.
  • No attempts to bypass paywalls, seat limits, or access controls.
  • No use that violates applicable laws or infringes third-party rights.

4) Intellectual property & license

Course videos, templates, text, and design are owned by MyNetCourse or licensed to us. Your purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal (or internal team) use during your access period. You may not resell or publicly distribute the materials.

5) Educational disclaimer

Courses are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee job placement, income, business results, or specific outcomes. Examples may reference third-party tools for demonstration; that does not imply endorsement or certification by those providers.

6) Payments

Prices, currency, and billing terms are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location and VAT status. Subscription plans (if selected) renew until canceled.

7) Refunds

Refund rules are described in our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge those rules.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyNetCourse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.

10) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
