This policy applies to digital course access purchased on mynetcourse.com. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility window

  • 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund.
  • Refunds are generally available only if you have completed less than 20% of the purchased course content.

Non-refundable cases

  • Courses that are completed (or exceed the 20% progress threshold).
  • Team licenses after seat activation (when a seat is assigned and used).
  • 1:1 sessions once the session has been delivered (or if missed without rescheduling notice).
  • Certificate add-ons once a certificate has been issued.

How to request a refund

Email support@mynetcourse.com with:

  • The email used at checkout
  • Purchase date and plan/course name
  • Reason for request (optional but helpful)

Processing time

  • We typically review requests within 2–5 business days.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Partial refunds

If a purchase includes multiple components (e.g., team seats + add-ons), we may refund eligible parts while excluding components that have already been used or delivered.
