Digital delivery: access right after payment

MyNetCourse products are delivered digitally via email and an online learner dashboard. No physical goods are shipped.

What you receive

  • An email receipt for your payment
  • An access email with a dashboard link
  • Course access based on your plan (Starter/Pro/Team)
  • Templates and downloads inside the dashboard

Delivery timing

Access is typically immediate after successful payment (often within minutes). In rare cases, email delivery can be delayed by spam filters.

Troubleshooting steps

  1. Wait up to 10 minutes after payment
  2. Check spam/junk/promotions folders
  3. Confirm the email address used at checkout
  4. Try requesting a fresh login link from support
  5. If you have a receipt but no access email, contact support with the receipt timestamp

Account setup

  • You may be asked to set a password after clicking your access link.
  • For Team plans, seat invitations may be sent to additional learner emails.
  • Do not share access links publicly; they are intended for the purchaser/assigned learners.
